Personally I've sometimes stood there for 10 minutes! NO MORE! Now I just grab my iPhone or iPad, open up FoodMate and press shuffle.... Within seconds, FoodMate has selected for me. ALL YOUR FAVOURITE MEALS! Unlike the 100's of other recipe apps out there; FoodMate will NEVER suggest a meal you dislike, because you enter all your own favourite yummy meals and snacks. NOT IN THE MOOD FOR FOODMATES SUGGESTION? No problem, just spin again :) Feel free to add or delete as many types of food you like as well. HOW TO USE (ADDING FOODS) FoodMate could not be easier to use. The app is divided into 4 meal times. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. Simply add your very own meal favourites. 1. Launch Food Mate for the first time. 2. Next to Breakfast, Lunch Dinner and Snacks you will notice a knife and fork icon. 3. Tap on the knife and fork icon in Breakfast 4. Tap "Press to Add" 5. Enter your own foods. Five choices are a good start (however you can add less or more) For example: Scrambled Eggs on Toast, Cereal and Fruit, Pancakes, Coffee and Toast, English Muffins (Remember these are suggestions. Its up to you to add anything you wish!) 6. After adding your foods, tap "Save and Close" 7. Thats it! Return to the main menu and now you will see a Roulette Wheel! Tap on the roulette wheel and spin away :) OH NO, I'M OUT OF THAT! FoodMate selected Pancakes for Breakfast, but the kids ate them all! No problem :) Simply tap on the "Grocery Cart" icon on the top right hand corner and the food you are currently out of will be added to your shopping list. Next time you are shopping, launch FoodMate and tap on the "Grocery Cart" icon on the top left hand corner to display your Shopping List. Swipe to delete, tap to cross off or shake to remove items.
